EXCELLENT 1/2 SECTION OF GRASS. This property was not grazed in 2025 and had only 6 pairs on it in 2024. As a result here's a package with top notch grass which pretty much the entire 1/2 section faces east. You can drive by on the north south road and check cows from the truck window. There is a large dam almost in the middle of the east 1/3 of property which has a few springs keeping it topped up, so no problem with water. With cattle prices up there are a few of these kind of parcels becoming available but not many of this quality.
